My recent experience with surgery was having to contend with a certain very rude and arrogant receptionist. all other receptionist are always polite and helpful.

Receptionists are very polite and helpful. For an urgent appointment you have to phone the surgery at 7am, normally takes 5 or 10mins to get through. Well run practice and would definitely recommend them.

I've been a patient for two pregnancies, one toddler, one neonatal baby with a heart condition and numerous allergies and continue many years later to be a patient. Ok so maybe you can't get an appointment exactly when you need one, but I have ALWAYS been able to be seen as soon as possible and I have never had to wait for an appointment for the children. The GP's are knowledgable which is really reassuring, I never mind about seeing different members of the practice because I know they manage their communication well. I think that I really respect the honesty that the practice appears to have in its 'team ethic' and feel that my care and that of our children is always a conversation rather than being 'told' what needs to happen. I feel very lucky to have found this surgery and value the relationship they have taken the time to build with me and our little people over all these years. I would HIGHLY recommend this surgery and if you don't like it, my apologies - this is but my opinion.

Can usually get an appt on the same day if you ring early. Trouble is it's really hard to get through some mornings - especially Mondays, constantly engaged.
